2009 Goals

2009.
Here are my goals for this year.

1. Education

- maintain between a 3.5 and 4.0
- graduate high school
- start college

2. Ballet

-improve flexibility
  • extensions
  • arabeque
  • penche
  • backcatch
  • middle splits
  • right and left oversplits
  • bridge

-improve strength
  • extentions
  • develope
  • ankles
-pointe work
  • pirroutte
  • less wobble
  • turns
  • more steps


3. General Fitness

-8 minute mile
-jog three miles
-30 quick, full pushups
